How long does onboarding take?

Most teams are fully onboarded within two to three weeks. That includes connecting your document storage, uploading your control matrix, configuring your evidence request templates, and walking the team through the workpaper generation workflow. We run onboarding jointly with your team so that your internal knowledge is preserved in the system configuration.

Do you work with external auditors and Big Four firms?

Yes. Petual workpapers can be shared with external auditors through a read-only reviewer access mode. External reviewers can view workpapers, evidence references, and exception documentation without being able to modify anything. This is a common configuration for teams managing their own SOX process with external audit sign-off.

Is Petual available outside the United States?

Petual is designed to support teams in any jurisdiction. Data residency options for EU-based teams are available on the Practice and Enterprise tiers. If you have specific data residency or sovereignty requirements, include that in your message and we will address it directly.
